SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting an experienced SENDCo to support a welcoming and inclusive independent school in Buckinghamshire on a temp to perm basis starting immediately.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and ensuring inclusive practice across the school.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school• Work closely with teaching staff to support students with additional needs• Develop and review support plans and strategies for pupils• Liaise with parents, external professionals, and support services• Promote inclusive teaching practices and ensure compliance with SEND policies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)• National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards)• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice• Experience working with students with additional needs• Excellent communication and leadership skills
