A leading, award-winning design & build company is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their growing Birmingham team. You’ll support the delivery of standout hospitality and commercial interior projects across the UK.
The Role
- Assist in preparing project estimates and cost plans
- Interpret drawings, specs, and technical documents
- Source and analyse supplier/subcontractor quotes
- Support budgeting and cost control
- Work closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams
About You
- Experience in estimating or project support (UK-based)
- Strong Excel skills (essential)
- Able to read drawings and technical documents
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Background in construction/interiors (preferred)
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to develop
