The OpportunityThompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known and highly respected international brand, basednear High Wycombe, to recruit a commercially minded and proactive Sales and Trade Marketing Executive to join their collaborative and high-performing team.

As Sales and Trade Marketing Executive,you will take full ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, alongside delivering high-quality, consistent trade marketing content to support the wider salesteam.Thisrole suits someone who is confident with numbers, comfortable taking accountability for revenue and profitability, and able to act as agotomarketing support forcustomerfacingteams by ensuring all content is clear,accurateand aligned with brand standards.

The successful Sales and Trade Marketing Executive willmanage and nurturerelationships with key e-commerce customers,monitorperformance data, enhance product listings, support new productactivationsand ensure online content reflects best practice. Alongside this, the roleinvolves producingcustomerreadysales presentations, managing core trade marketing assets, preparinginsightleddecks for internal and external meetings and supporting sales colleagues with essential reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, trademarketingor a comparable commercial role, ideally with some exposure to ecommerce

  • Comfortable working with financials, including revenue, profitability andbudgetrelateddecisionmaking

  • Good understanding of online platforms and how to optimise product content (copy, imagery, SEO, enhanced content)

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales or market data

  • Clear, professional written communication and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

  • A proactive, curious mindset with a positive attitude, comfortable workingcrossfunctionallyand finding solutions
