Early Years Deputy Manager – Fledglings Fulham 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager / Room Leader  to join our dynamic team in Fulham with 2 years’ experience in any management role in childcare & Early Years

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• A passion to support children and families
• Work in partnership with the management team to maintain the highest standards
• Safeguarding knowledge
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework & Inspection Framework
• Good organisational skills
• Be able to work well within a team
