Skilled Labourer

Construction Labourer – Cooling Tower Projects | UK Wide £15.02/hr | Weekly Pay | Training from 30th March

We're recruiting labourers to work on cooling tower projects across the UK. Full training provided — no experience with cooling towers needed.

The Pay

• £14.52/hr base + £0.50/hr bonus = £15.02/hr
• 1.5x pay after 8 hours on weekdays
• 2x pay on weekends
• Weekly earnings typically £585–£1,200 depending on hours and project
• Subsistence and travel allowances paid when working away

The Work

• UK-wide projects, typically Monday–Friday away from home
• 39 hours standard per week, overtime regularly available
• Based out of Doncaster — company van travel available if you're local

You'll Need

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Your own vehicle if you're not near a Doncaster supervisor
• Experience with hand tools in a construction or manual labour setting
• Comfortable working at heights
• Happy to work away from home Monday–Friday
• Punctual and reliable
