The Rewards:
- Income: AUD $350k – $400k (£180k – £200k+) per annum
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000 (Generous lump sum) provided with 7 days of starting
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Transition from a $160/hr guarantee to a lucrative 70% billings model after 3 months. With high patient demand and optimized Medicare incentives, most GPs exceed the guarantee rate within their first 8 weeks.
