Project Manager Construction Northern Ireland (County Down & Causeway Coast projects, with travel across NI) Company vehicle included Competitive salary (DOE) + company benefits We are currently recruiting on behalf of our leading construction company for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their growing team in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering a range of social housing and refurbishment schemes, with current projects based across County Down and the Causeway Coast, alongside potential involvement in additional sites throughout NI. The Role: As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception through to completion and defects period Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines and budgets Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting Manage variations, costs, and risk throughout the project lifecycle Ensure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements Maintain high standards of quality across all works Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry Experience delivering social housing / refurbishment projects (desirable) Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability Good commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets SMSTS / CSCS certification (preferred) Full UK driving licence If you are interested in this opportunity please send a copy of your CV via the link provided or call Naomi at Kenect Recruitment on…
