Lead the Procurement functional domain for an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, IT, and the system integrator. The role supports the full project lifecycle—from design and build through testing, data migration, training, go-live, and hypercare—ensuring alignment between business needs and the standardized ERP solution while driving adoption and successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities, workshops, and communication across business, IT, and integrator teams
- Ensure alignment with project plans, milestones, and priorities; elevate risks/issues
- Gather business data, support process alignment, and promote adoption of standard ERP solutions
- Oversee integrator deliverables across build, configuration, testing, and deployment phases
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), including scenario creation, execution, and defect resolution
- Assist with data migration strategy, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Contribute to training delivery and support change management initiatives
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare; monitor and resolve post-go-live issues
Requirements
- Strong experience in Procurement processes within ERP (preferably Oracle Cloud)
- Proven ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in complex transformation programs
- Experience in testing, data migration, and ERP implementation lifecycle phases
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify risks, take initiative, and elevate issues effectively
