Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We’re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional who leads by example, drives sales, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, coach the team to exceed KPIs, and help create a high‑energy, customer‑focused store environment. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays is required.

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Key Holder
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Passionate about customer service and team development
• Organised, with experience in stock, VM, and store operations
