Industrial Disease/PI Chartered Legal Executive – Cardiff

A top-tier Legal 100 firm is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive to join its Cardiff office for a maternity cover contract. You’ll work on a lively multitrack PI and industrial disease caseload, handling files from pre-action to settlement or trial, with client contact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims
• Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts and prepare trial-ready bundles
• Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations
• Supervise Trainees/Paralegals and contribute to team know-how

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE
• Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial disease caseload
• Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential
