You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Embedding Mace’s HSW framework, regulatory compliance, inclusivity and wellbeing leadership.
  • Delivering end‑to‑end projects, assuring quality, programme certainty and excellence from inception to completion.
  • Exercise integrity in governance, managing budgets, risks and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Managing and develop teams, driving collaboration, performance, innovation and best practice across Mace.
  • Resourcing and lead project teams, procuring and managing design, consultancy and stakeholder inputs.
  • Delivering end‑to‑end project outcomes, aligning programme, scope, quality, safety and KPIs.
  • Controlling budgets, risks and change, ensuring governance, documentation and successful handover.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Substantial project management experience on medium, complex or smaller lead projects.
  • Experience across construction delivery phases.
  • Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or local equivalent.
  • Relevant degree, equivalent professional experience or apprenticeship, with valid CSCS (or equivalent).
