Job Description:

If you’re energised by opening doors, shaping big conversations, and winning complex deals that genuinely move the needle, this is a role where you’ll thrive.

This organisation is a fast‑growing, international software development powerhouse with a seriously impressive presence in Bristol. Their model blends UK expertise with high‑calibre delivery teams across Europe and the Middle East—giving you a value proposition that stands out in a crowded market and a story clients want to hear.

Why this role matters

You’ll be stepping into a pivotal position: expanding enterprise relationships across the UK and driving new opportunities in a market that’s hungry for innovation. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll be shaping the future client portfolio and influencing how the business grows over the next decade.

This isn’t a “maintenance” role. It’s for someone who loves the chase, thrives in complexity, and knows how to build trust with senior stakeholders who expect clarity, confidence, and commercial sharpness.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning a defined list of enterprise target accounts and building long‑term, strategic relationships.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities through research, networking, events, and smart prospecting.
  • Positioning a sophisticated service offering—both modular and end‑to‑end—to senior decision‑makers.
  • Navigating multi‑stakeholder environments, understanding motivations, and tailoring the value proposition to win.
  • Managing complex, lengthy sales cycles with discipline, structure, and a strong handle on pipeline health.
  • Acting as a trusted partner who listens deeply, challenges constructively, and brings clarity to technical conversations.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record selling outsourced or complex software/technology solutions into enterprise‑level organisations.
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders—C‑suite, Directors, and Heads of Function.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence in complex, multi‑layered environments.
  • A history of managing long sales cycles and closing high‑value deals in fast‑paced settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • A natural ability to listen, understand, and position yourself as a strategic partner—not just a supplier.

What is on offer?

You’ll be joining a culture built around collaboration, curiosity, and genuine ambition. The Bristol office is designed for activity‑based working, and the wider business invests heavily in personal development, wellbeing, and creating a place people enjoy being part of.

Expect:

  • Flexible and hybrid working
  • Employer pension contributions
  • Highly competitive commission structure
  • High‑spec tech and modern workspace
  • Cycle‑to‑work and electric car schemes
  • Gym discounts and a wellbeing app
  • Regular socials, charity events, and a supportive team environment
  • Access to internal and external training, qualifications, and career development pathways

This is a role for someone who wants to make a mark—someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on building something meaningful, and wants to be part of a business that’s scaling with purpose.
