QA Tester

We’re currently looking for an experienced QA Tester to join a large-scale technology transformation programme within a leading global technology and consulting organisation.

This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions across complex enterprise environments. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to test new features, identify defects, and help deliver high-quality systems into production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and executing manual and automated test cases across applications and platforms
• Performing functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through to resolution
• Working closely with developers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Supporting test planning, test strategy development, and release validation
• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of the insurance domain
• Strong experience working as a QA Tester within enterprise software environments
• Experience performing functional and non-functional testing
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise technology programmes
