Recruitment Consultant

Location: City of London, Liverpool Street / Moorgate

Working pattern: Fully onsite, five days per week

As InterEx Group continues to expand, we are looking to hire motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF.

The Role

In this role, you will support the growth of the business by building strong client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions across specialist technology markets.

Business Development

• Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements
• Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts

Candidate Management

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
• Conduct interviews and qualification calls to ensure strong candidate-role alignment
• Support candidates throughout the full recruitment journey, from initial contact to placement

Delivery and Performance

• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Maintain awareness of market trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and related technology sectors

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of recruitment experience preferred
• Evidence of billing success and confidence working to KPIsStrong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• A driven, resilient, and ambitious mindset
• Interest in the technology recruitment market is beneficial
