The Role
You are the conceptual engine behind the studio’s 2D design output. Working in Illustrator, you develop vectors to scale for environmental branding and retail installation briefs – translating brand narratives into visual storytelling that a dedicated 3D team then builds into reality. Your concepts become installations and retail environments for luxury fashion clients, and brand experiences for major entertainment platforms. You work across multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously, collaborating closely with the 3D production team to ensure your ideas are both creatively ambitious and buildable. Within a core creative team of eight, you report to hands‑on creative and design directors, with final approval from a founder who remains closely involved in the work and maintains a high creative standard. This is conceptual work with tangible outcomes – the bridge between brand story and lived experience.

The Person
A senior‑level Designer currently at a brand, retail or experiential agency with 4 – 7 years’ experience working on physical brand environments.
