Social Media and Content Manager

Responsibly produced and affordably priced, it’s a much-needed antidote to the disposable approach of big name fast-fashion brands, offering up clothes that are considered and impeccably made without costing the planet.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Write, schedule, and optimize daily social posts across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pintrest
• Develop new ideas and initiatives to grow our community
• Commission and edit content with an elevated aesthetic and clear storyboard where appropriate
• Maintain and communicate defined brand voice, visual aesthetic, and mission to internal and external contact
• Pitch social angles and social-extension ideas that align with editorial objectives
• Partner with Analytics lead to improve and refine reach across all social platforms
• Find and nurture relationships with creators focused on increasing reach and growing brand awareness
• Work closely with editorial, marketing, and Digital team to ideate and execute on social-focused initiatives

Skills Required

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Strong attention to detail
• Self motivated and able to prioritise workloads efficiently
