Principal Design Manager
Are you an established Principal Design Manager with major project experience? This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to act as the design lead for a £1bn major new build project for a London based tier 1 main contractor. This is a significant turnkey project delivering all shell and core elements as well as fit out and services. While being the lead on this project you will also have the added responsibility of managing an internal design management team of up to 8 people
Requirements for the Principal Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Technical/ Design Management role with a developer or main contractor
- Experience leading major projects
- Experience managing a team
