Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial, client facing roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition across Europe, with a focus on commercial roles, preferably in the trading (CFD or crypto) industry.
- High level of autonomy and ownership, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge about financial markets, trading, crypto.
