Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial, client facing roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition across Europe, with a focus on commercial roles, preferably in the trading (CFD or crypto) industry.
• High level of autonomy and ownership, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge about financial markets, trading, crypto.
