Our client, a successful and growing new homes developer based in Reading, is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a background in new homes sales or estate agency who is looking to progress their career with a reputable developer offering strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Providing excellent customer service to purchasers
• Conducting property viewings and site tours
• Working to sales targets and deadlines
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in new homes sales OR estate agency is essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven and highly motivated
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends if required
