Customer Service Management:
– Provide technical support through visits, training, calls, and conferences.
– Regularly update internal stakeholders and maintain efficient communication with customers.
Project Management:
– Deliver projects that meet customer specifications and timelines, focusing on stability, performance, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.
– Supervise project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
– Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
Site Logistics Handling:
– Engage with lab tasks as needed and manage external resources critical to project delivery.
– Ensure proper data recording and contribute to the cloud database.
Qualifications:
– MS Degree or higher in Biological or Life Sciences preferred.
– Minimum 2 years of lab management experience, with a customer-facing role.
– Experience in the molecular breeding industry is a plus.
– Strong customer orientation with high proactivity.
– Resilient, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
– Leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
