Key Responsibilities

  • Design executive remuneration strategies aligned with business performance
  • Conduct executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking
  • Advise on incentive plan performance measures and model outcomes
  • Support remuneration committee processes and reporting
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and investor engagement
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

About You

  • Experience in executive compensation or board remuneration advisory
  • Strong technical knowledge of executive pay and market practice
  • Experience working with large or listed organisations (consulting experience beneficial)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of UK directors’ remuneration regulations desirable
