Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals
- Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!)
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot
- Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills
- Chasing targets and smashing goals
- Contributing to our Sales strategy – sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with relentless drive
- Strong communicator – confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings
- Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment
- Organised and proactive – comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment
- Commercially curious – can create propositions that add and retain customer value
- Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success
