This includes our rebrand to Inspiring Vet Care and delivery of the remedies set out by the CMA Market Investigation.

We’re now looking for a Transformation Communications Lead to play a pivotal role in helping our people understand, navigate and embrace the changes ahead.

About The Role

This is a pivotal position ensuring we meet regulatory obligations while supporting teams through significant operational changes — without disrupting the delivery of clinical care.

As the Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of CMA‑related changes within UK veterinary clinics. You will work closely with colleagues across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Pricing, Communications, and our Implementation and Brand Programme Teams.
