Personal Assistant

About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, this fast-paced and rewarding role provides support across multiple business interests. It’s a varied position offering exposure to several areas, including finance, operations, property management, and project coordination.
This opportunity would suit a proactive and driven individual with prior executive or personal assistant experience. Experience within property is advantageous, though a strong interest in the sector and willingness to learn is equally valued.
Key Responsibilities
Director Support:
- Assisting with general personal administration, including insurance, travel, and day-to-day organisation
- Supporting with ad hoc personal tasks as required
Business Support:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
- Supporting with office management and coordination
- Handling email management and correspondence
- Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business
- Supporting project management workflows and processes
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation
Property & Investment Support:
- Assisting with oversight and coordination of a property portfolio
- Liaising with property management teams to produce reports and track investment progress
- Supporting project management of ongoing developments, including coordination with surveyors and valuers
- Assisting with drafting planning applications
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of key documents and reports
- Managing stakeholder communication
- Maintaining structured systems and documentation across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a PA, EA, or similar support role
- Exposure to property or finance, or a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and work independently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- A team player with a flexible and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
