Sales and Customer Service Executive

Join our growing team specialising in innovative e-composite products used across engineering and manufacturing. We’re looking for a proactive, friendly individual to support customers, drive sales, and help us deliver outstanding service. This is a temp – perm position for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to enquiries and follow up on leads
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage accounts
• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email
• Work with production and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
• Learn and advise on our composite product range

What You Bring

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Willingness to learn technical product info
• IT/CRM proficiency
• (Bonus) Experience in composites, engineering, or manufacturing
