An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Land Buyer to join a well-established and growing residential development company, based in Romsey.
This is a fantastic entry-level role for an ambitious graduate looking to build a long-term career in land acquisition and development within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Land Buyer, you will support the land team in identifying and securing new development opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience across the full land acquisition process, including:
Assisting in the identification and appraisal of potential development sites
Supporting the preparation of land bids and offers
Conducting site research and due diligence
Liaising with agents, landowners, and local authorities
Monitoring local plans and planning policy to identify opportunities
Supporting negotiations and helping progress sites through to acquisition
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
Hold a degree in a relevant subject such as Real Estate, Geography, Planning, or Property Development
Have a strong interest in land acquisition and residential development
Possess excellent analytical and research skills
Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Be motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
