Support Worker

Mental Health & Substance Support Worker (18+) – Ad Hoc Shifts We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a service supporting adults (18+) with mental health needs, substance use, and alcohol?related challenges. This role involves managing challenging behaviours, though no physical risk is expected. Shift Patterns

• Day: 7:45am – 7:45pm
• Night: 7:45pm – 7:45am

Pay Rates

• Days: 12.60 per hour
• Nights: 13.00 per hour

• Supporting adults with mental health and substance misuse challenges
• Promoting independence and well being
• Managing and de?escalating challenging behaviours
• Maintaining accurate records and following service procedures
• Working as part of a supportive, professional team
