Product Manager

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading business with an international presence that continues to grow.

Reporting to the Marketing Director youll manage the full product lifecycle-developing launching and optimising products in line with strategy budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product launches from concept to completion
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
• Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning
• Support with brochures packaging and POS material
• Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements
• Provide product briefs training and demos
• Monitor margins pricing and product performance
• Handle sample coordination QC issues and NAV/web updates
• Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development

Requirements

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience in a similar product management role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
