Key responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic bridge between our Executive Council and their members
• Manage a £250k budget and oversee staff/contractors
• Lead the transition to an effective and digital-first operation
• Ensure the Guild remains the authoritative voice of professional guiding.
• You have senior operational experience, a diplomat’s touch, and the technical “know-how” to manage their systems.
