We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions within a complex, highly regulated environment.
Working within the Technology & Data function, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into robust architecture and practical, enterprise-grade solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design scalable, secure technology solutions
- Evaluating solution options and producing clear architecture design documentation
- Ensuring solutions align with strategic goals, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Integrating new solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems
- Providing technical leadership to agile teams, guiding solutions from design through implementation to operational maturity
- Collaborating with security specialists to ensure secure-by-design architectures
- Monitoring emerging technologies and influencing architecture strategy
- Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
About you
You’ll bring strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions, ideally within professional services or similarly regulated environments.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Proven solution architecture leadership from requirements through to delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and governance
- The ability to challenge assumptions and make strategic design decisions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Curiosity around new technologies and industry trends
Desirable certifications: TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent.
