Production & Project Delivery Manager (Joinery & Interiors) Krafted Bespoke Joinery & Interiors Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland About Krafted Krafted is the manufacturing arm of Shauna Kelly Interiors, delivering high-end bespoke joinery for residential projects across the UK and Ireland. As our workload and project complexity continue to grow, we are strengthening how we plan, coordinate, and deliver work through our workshop. The Role We are looking for someone to take ownership of production planning, coordination, and delivery within Krafted while also working closely with our design and project team to ensure joinery integrates seamlessly into the overall project programme. This is a key role within the business, focused on ensuring that what is planned is properly executed, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a clear weekly production schedule across all projects Ensure workshop output is consistent, measurable, and aligned to programme Monitor progress and address delays early Coordinate workflow and priorities across multiple projects Ensure all jobs entering production are fully prepared (drawings, materials, information) Manage and coordinate material procurement and stock in line with production needs Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to deliver the agreed plan Act as a key point of contact for the joinery element of projects Coordinate with the Shauna Kelly Interiors team to align production with overall project timelines Support site queries and subcontractor coordination where required Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery What Were Looking For This is not a pure design role, and not just a coordination role. Were looking for someone who: Has experience in joinery, cabinetry, interiors, or manufacturing Understands both design intent and how things are built Is highly organised and structured Is confident working with trades, workshop teams, and designers Takes ownership and drives things through to completion Is comfortable managing multiple projects at once Can challenge and improve how things are done Ideal Background Production / workshop / operations experience in joinery or interiors OR a strong technical/project designer with real manufacturing exposure Experience working across design teams and workshop environments Familiar with materials, procurement, and production processes What Success Looks Like Workshop output becomes predictable and aligned to weekly plans Production is no longer reliant on individual interpretation of capacity Clear visibility across all projects and delivery timelines Joinery is delivered in line with overall project programmes Reduced delays caused by materials or planning gaps Why Join Krafted Work on high-end, design-led residential projects Be part of a growing and ambitious team Play a key role in shaping how the workshop operates Opportunity to develop into a senior operational role Location Based in our Mid-Ulster workshop, with regular interaction with the design studio and site teams.
