What you’ll be doing
- Delivering complex, person-centred assessments
- Supporting independence through tailored interventions
- Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Managing challenging and sensitive situations with empathy
- Contributing to discharge planning and patient flow
What we’re looking for
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
At least 2 years post-qualified experience
Ideally some exposure to palliative, community or complex care
Confident working within MDT environments
A compassionate, resilient and patient-centred approach
