We are looking for a Remediation Project Manager to join a well-established environmental and engineering consultancy in Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from feasibility through to completion, working across a mix of residential, commercial, and brownfield regeneration schemes.
The Role: As a Remediation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing remediation strategies and delivery on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, regulators, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing remediation projects from design through to validation and sign-off
- Preparing and reviewing remediation strategies, method statements, and risk assessments
- Liaising with clients, regulators, and subcontractors
- Overseeing site works, including earthworks, enabling works, and validation sampling
- Managing project budgets, programmes, and reporting
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to technical delivery
About You
- 5-10 years’ experience within remediation, geoenvironmental, or brownfield development
- Strong understanding of contaminated land legislation and best practice
- Experience managing remediation or enabling works on site
- Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field
- Full UK driving licence
