The Role
We are looking for aBroker Partnerships Sales Executiveto expand Jove’s distribution through insurance brokers across the UK and Europe.
This is ahands-on sales rolefocused on generating new broker relationships through cold outreach, booking meetings, running product demonstrations, and activating brokers to start placing business through Jove’s platform.
You will own theend-to-end broker sales process, from prospecting and outreach to onboarding brokers and managing ongoing relationships. The role is highly activity-driven and suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, running demos, and growing a network of partners.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Acquisition
- Generate new broker leads throughcold outreach, calls, and networking.
- Book and conductat least 10 new broker meetings per week.
- Introduce brokers to Jove’s digital insurance products and broker platform.
Product Demonstrations
- Run product demos showing how brokers canquote and bind policies within secondsusing the Jove platform.
- Clearly explain Jove’s insurance products, commission structure, and platform benefits.
Broker Activation
- Support newly onboarded brokers to start placing business through Jove.
- Encourage brokers toactively use the platform and bring new clients.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers across theUK and Europe.
- Regularly engage with existing brokers to increase policy placements and platform usage.
- Manage your own pipeline of broker opportunities fromprospecting to activation.
- Track outreach, meetings, and conversion performance.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
About You
We’re looking for someone who iscommercially driven, proactive, and comfortable generating their own opportunities.
Ideal experience
- 2–5 years experience inB2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience working withinsurance brokers, insurance products, or financial servicesis a plus
- Comfortable doingcold outreach and high sales activity
Key traits
- Strong communicator who can explain products clearly
- Confident runningproduct demos and sales meetings
- Highly proactive in generating leads
- Relationship-focused and good at building long‑term partnerships
- Organised and able to manage multiple broker relationships
- Experience working withinsurance brokers or MGAs
- Knowledge ofcommercial insurance products
- Existing network within thebroker community
