This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will guide a team of over 100 colleagues, drive commercial performance, and shape the future direction of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
- Maximise dealership profitability across all revenue areas
- Ensure effective control of cashflow, stock levels, and assets
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Provide clear communication, performance insight, and support to department heads
- Lead, develop, and engage a team of over 100 employees
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and community stakeholders
- Represent the dealership with professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement

- Strong background within the automotive sector (VAG experience ideal)
- Experience in a high‑volume, senior management, sales‑focused environment
- Proven ability to deliver strong commercial results
- Energetic, driven, and effective in high‑pressure environments
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Passionate about people, culture, and team development
- Ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
