Are you ready to lead a team in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK? We’re looking for a superstar General Manager to take the reins of our newly transformed Inverness restaurant.

The Role

As a Zizzi GM, you’re the heartbeat of the restaurant. You’ll work hand-in-hand with your Head Chef to drive success, bringing our “Individually Italian” culture to life. We need someone who is:
