We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead three established insurance branches in the Fareham / Guildford region.
This is a senior leadership role with full Profit & Loss responsibility, focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Full P&L ownership across three branches
- Delivering revenue growth and improving profitability
- Leading and developing Branch Managers and senior teams
- Driving operational efficiency and best practice
- Ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional customer outcomes
- Strengthening insurer and key stakeholder relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Proven senior leadership experience within the insurance sector
- Strong P&L management track record
- Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations
- Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
- A hands‑on leader who builds accountable, high‑performing teams
