I’m working with a long-established MEP contractor looking to appoint a Commercial Director within their London business.

This is a senior leadership position, overseeing commercial performance across multiple projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial teams across a portfolio of projects
• Overseeing risk, margin and financial performance
• Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams

Ideal Candidate

• An experienced Commercial Director
• Or a strong Senior Commercial Manager ready to step up

Just as importantly, this role would suit someone who understands how to operate commercially within the London building services market.
