Were now looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our GTM / Commercial functions. This is a high impact, strategic role where youre partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, influence decisions, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 2-3 times per week.
Youre supporting SVPs across our commercial function, hiring across a broad range of roles from SDR through to VP level. This is a role that blends hands on delivery with strategic ownership as you define how we go to market for talent, moving beyond traditional approaches to build data-led, multi-channel hiring strategies that deliver real impact.
