THE ROLE
A new vacancy for a Senior Associate with a Banking/Finance background to join this well-established award‑winning law firm.
The firm acts for global insurance companies, providing high‑value guarantee and on‑demand bond facilities to their customers – supporting them both domestically and overseas.
You will work on the following:
- Facility agreements
- Recourse arrangements
- Guarantee / on‑demand bond wordings
- Security documentation
- Intercreditor arrangements
- Risk participation and sharing arrangements
Experience with LMA documentation is important.
Part of the role will involve advising clients on new market opportunities in the financial services sector.
THE CANDIDATE
Qualifications: 8+ PQE with experience in finance and banking, in‑house or in a law firm.
While some experience in the surety sector is beneficial, it is not a pre‑requisite; support and training will be provided.
