I’m working with a Series A B2B SaaS startup building a next-generation customer support platform designed for modern product teams.
The product replaces traditional ticketing tools by unifying customer conversations across channels like Slack, Discord, and email, while layering AI into the workflow so companies can move beyond reactive support and build genuine customer relationships.
Some of the most product-focused companies in the developer ecosystem already use the platform, and the company is quickly becoming the support tool of choice for modern engineering-led organisations.
Despite this traction, the team is still small. They recently raised a $15m Series A and are now hiring engineers who want to help shape both the product and the technical foundations as the company scales.

What you’ll be working on
- Shipping product features end to end, from idea through to production
- Designing systems that unify customer conversations across multiple channels
- Building AI-powered workflows that help companies automate and improve support
- Developing reporting and insights systems that turn support conversations into product direction
- Improving developer infrastructure so engineers can ship quickly and safely
- Tackling complex product and data modelling problems as the platform scales
What they’re looking for
- Strong product engineers comfortable working across the stack
- Engineers who enjoy owning problems end to end rather than working in narrow roles
- Experience working in product-led SaaS environments
- Comfort operating in small teams with high autonomy and ambiguity
- Engineers who are excited about AI-enabled products and developer tooling
The team intentionally keeps things small and moves quickly. Engineers work directly with founders and customers, and have significant influence over both the product direction and technical architecture.
