Scout is hiring for a Customer Success Manager.

Scout, our AI recruiter, is hiring on behalf of a fast‑scaling company that’s looking for a Customer Success Manager who can turn onboarding into advocacy, and support into loyalty.

This is a relationship‑led role with commercial impact. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, helping them get maximum value, solve real problems, and grow with the product. You’ll balance strategic account management with day‑to‑day execution, powered by empathy, insight, and a healthy dose of automation.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full post‑sale customer journey: onboarding, adoption, growth, and renewal
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, shaping product and support roadmaps
  • Run regular check‑ins, training sessions, and QBRs to drive engagement
  • Use CRM and AI tools to track health scores, predict churn, and personalise outreach
  • Spot upsell or expansion opportunities and partner with sales to close them
  • Continuously improve the customer experience based on data and feedback

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, warm, and proactive
  • Highly organised with a bias for action and follow‑through
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, dashboards, and AI tools
  • Curious and solutions‑focused, with a strong interest in solving problems and finding opportunities
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B, or fast‑scaling tech environments
