Commercial Finance Analyst

Equifind is with a growing healthcare organisation looking to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing financial insight, analysis, and business partnering across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Partner with operational teams to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Analyse revenue, cost drivers, and profitability across services or locations
• Prepare management reporting and performance insights for senior leadership
• Assist with developing financial models to support business initiatives and growth projects
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting within the finance function

About You

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong relevant experience
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance
• Stakeholders
• Healthcare, multi-site, or service-sector experience is beneficial but not essential
