Group Tax Manager

JSS Tax are hiring for a Group Tax Manager for a leading automotive company based near to Milton Keynes (supporting hybrid working).

This is a permanent full-time role paying circa £75k-£85k plus bonus and benefits package.

Reporting into the CFO, the Group Tax Manager will take on a stand-alone tax role looking after all direct and indirect UK taxes that affect the business. With a large part of the compliance being undertaken externally of by finance colleagues, there is a healthy balance between tax advisory, business partnering, tax compliance, and tax project work.

The company are looking for a qualified individual (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CTA etc) with strong UK corporate tax experience gained either from working in a large accounting practice or from a similar in-house role.

Prior experience in VAT/Indirect tax is beneficial but isn't required.
