The Role
- 360 recruitment position – full ownership of your market
- Contract or Perm desk – you chose your strong point
- Build and manage a client portfolio in a high-demand sector
- Source, engage, and place top-tier talent across permanent or contract roles
- Develop deep market knowledge and become a true subject matter expert
- Based in our Spinningfields office – with flexible hybrid working
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of billing or building strong pipelines
- Commercially aware, resilient, and target-driven
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: multilingual skills or experience in legal, finance, or tech markets
