Registered Care Home Manager – Family-Run Residential Care Home
Location: WigstonSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum + BonusContract: Full-time | Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established, family-run medium-sized residential care home in Wigston. As Registered Manager, you’ll ensure the home continues to provide high standards of person‑centred care, compliance, and service excellence. You’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding support within a warm, welcoming, and well‑resourced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
- Oversee individual care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a committed care team
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promote the home within the local community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- A genuine commitment to high-quality, person‑centred care
