Talented People is an established recruitment business based in Crawley, and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a busy temporary desk
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
• Business development and growing existing accounts
• Delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience (ideally within a temp or fast‑paced desk)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
