The Role
- Leading and supporting a team of field engineers across London
- Ensuring service standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Ongoing training and leadership development within a premium brand
The Person
- Previous experience in a service management or team leadership role
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical or electro‑mechanical work
- Full UK Driving Licence
