Tick Education are looking for a driven, sales focused Education Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing team. With continued success over the last six years, we are now looking to expand and bring in a new consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing new business
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing and vetting candidates for various role types
• Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and resilient mindset
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential
