Ready to drive sales and build lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a motivated, resilient Business Development Executive to take ownership of a UK territory and grow both new and existing business.
What you’ll do:
- Win new business and maximise revenue through proactive B2B sales
- Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell from a diverse product range
- Follow up leads, quotes, and opportunities to close deals
- Use telesales, cold calling, and account reactivation to drive growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate across teams
What you’ll bring:
- B2B/telesales experience in a commercial environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and organisational skills
- Target-driven mindset with a solid work ethic
- Commercial awareness and a team-focused attitude
- Bonus points for: OEM, manufacturing, or CRM (D365) experience
